Are you closed any days?

Yes, Mondays refer to our calendar.

Do I need to pay to get in and watch?

Yes, you go in as a non-rider and get a partial refund if wristband is dry and attached when you leave. Refer to pricing page.

If I cancel my group area reservation do I get a refund?

Not a refund we will move to another open date of your choice. If no date is available we issue day pass or two for the amount of your reservation area.

What is your rainy day policy?

We try to open everyday once our season begins. Exceptions are extremely cold and rainy days, especially at 11a. If we do open we need 25 paying guests to stay open. If we close, usually by 1pm, and you paid for entrance you will be issued a day pass for entrance on a better day. If there is lightning in the area we will ask guests to leave the water and wait until the storm has passed. Our policy is 20 minutes without seeing lightning or hearing thunder then it is safe to get back in the water.

What is the parking available to waterpark visitors?

Adequate parking is available for all Big Sky Waterpark guests.

What handicapped access is available?

Handicap access has been addressed throughout the park and is very user friendly.

Are lifeguards on duty at all times?

Yes, Big Sky Water Park is fully staffed with trained lifeguards to ensure your safety. Our first aid station is fully equipped and staffed.

Do you provide daycare services?

No

Are lockers available for valuables?

Yes, lockers are free. Locks can be rented from the gift shop for $5.00 plus a $5.00 deposit.

Are life jackets available for kids?

Yes, life jackets are available for toddlers and non-swimmers free of charge.

What kinds of accommodations are available nearby? (hotels, camping, etc)

Are there height requirements for any of the rides?

Yes, some rides have height restrictions of 48" as well as maximum weights and heights.

What kinds of food are available for purchase at the park?

Our concessions serve all types of refreshments and snacks, from sodas to snowcones, pretzels, nachos, hamburgers, hotdogs and Dippin' Dots ice cream.

Can I bring my own food into the park?

Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks (no alcohol please). Gas barbecues are provided for public use and are kept running all day for your convenience at the concession stands.

Is there a gift store at the park?

Yes, we have great gift shop with Big Sky Waterpark and Glacier Park souvenirs.

What is the average temperature in the summer months?

Can I buy a season pass online? Over the phone?

You can print the season pass form, complete it and fax it to Big Sky Water Park or you can phone us at 406-892-5025. Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.

What kind of jobs are available at the park?

Big Sky Water Park is an equal opportunity employer with approximately 85 seasonal employees annually, which include; cashiers, trained and certified lifeguards, slide attendants, snack food attendants, maintenance personnel and grounds keepers.

Are there Military discounts?

Yes, with an active military ID the Military person and family will receive $4 off entrance or $5 off Value pass.

Are dogs or pets allowed in the park?

Due to health concerns in our park, only dogs that are registered as Service Animals are allowed in the park. We do have parking available in shaded areas and you are allowed to exit and re-enter the park to check on your pets.

Are Thong Bikinis allowed?

We are a family oriented waterpark and require our patrons to be dressed appropriately no thong bikinis or revealing suits.
